In April 2010, Silk Road International Education Center (hereinafter called "the center") became the first Internet-based test center for the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) in China. The center specializes in the global expansion of Chinese test centers for HSK, offering comprehensive services encompassing the organization, implementation, and marketing promotion of online HSK tests. Additionally, it provides Chinese language teaching services tailored to learners.

The center has established more than 80 test centers domestically and internationally (including nine countries such as Malaysia, Japan, Laos, Italy, and Thailand), serving over 180,000 candidates in total and registering 2 million mock test person-times. The Chinese Learning and Testing Platform we have developed assists Chinese learners in better completing the process of "learning, practicing, testing, and examining". The learning resources we have developed include daily tutorial courses for HSK Levels 1-6, grammar and vocabulary courses for Levels 7-9, Chinese speaking courses, and practical training camps for HSK Speaking Test. These courses comprehensively enhance learners' language abilities in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation through a combination of "online and offline formats, live and recorded broadcasts, and one-on-one professional guidance". Our goal is to cultivate high-quality international Chinese language talents. Through a combination of "live streaming + recorded sessions + textbooks + question bank + one-on-one simulations + teaching assistant services", we provide a complete set of training courses for the "Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages" and offer digital services for international Chinese language teacher exam training.

The ChinesePlus and Silk Road International Education Center have jointly launched the "Chinese Language + Vocational Education Service" comprehensive service platform project in 2022. Currently, the platform has already hosted over 100 undergraduate universities and vocational colleges, with covering the educational information such as Sino-foreign cooperative projects, majors for admission, tuition fees, and school systems of these colleges in 163 countries overseas. More than 1,600 cooperating institutions provide project promotion and enrollment services for these colleges. The platform offers cooperative colleges comprehensive solutions for mixed online and offline cooperative education, integrating academic majors with international Chinese education. It supports Chinese universities in "Go-Global" and disseminating Chinese culture. The platform integrates resources from governments, schools, and enterprises, collaboratively launching the "Chinese + New Automobile" project, promoting Sino-foreign cooperation and industry-education integration, and serving the "Overseas Expansion of Vocational Education".
